Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
- What do we need you to do?
- Manage and maintain relationships with assigned key accounts.
- Handle day-to-day customer communication and follow-ups.
- Track and manage the full sales cycle: RFQ, quotation, order, and project progress.
- Maintain sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, service, operations) to ensure smooth execution.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Prepare regular updates on customer status and business progress.
- Ad-hoc task assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma or Degree background in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- Possess own vehicle and willing to travel.
- Proficiency speaking in Mandarin as need to liaise with our mandarin speaking customers.
- Experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management (industrial / machinery preferred).
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Basic negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage projects independently and coordinate internally.
- High sense of ownership and execution capability.
