At SUMITEC, we believe in the importance of giving back to the community and supporting those in need. Recently, we had the opportunity to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival with the elderly residents of Peace & Harmony Home @ Penang, Malaysia. This cheer visit was part of our ongoing corporate social responsibility (CSR) program, through which we aim to express our care and support for society.
During the visit, we spent time with the residents, shared stories, and distributed festive treats to bring a smile to their faces. We were inspired by their resilience, wisdom, and positive attitudes, and we were grateful for the opportunity to connect with and support these members of our community.
We recognize that it is our responsibility as a corporate citizen to support the community and contribute to positive change. Through our CSR program and community outreach initiatives, we hope to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those around us and create a brighter future for all members of our community.
