Makro-Grip Ultra Base Jaw Avanti

As an alternative to serrated gripping jaws LANG offers a base jaw with Avanti dovetail and quick jaw exchange technology. For this clamping type LANG offers hardened top jaws with a plain clamping step (clamping depth 16 mm). Also, standard Avanti 125 top jaws are suitable. Both top jaw types clamp workpieces by friction.

Each clamping jaw is individually secured by a separately available threaded cap (Item No. 81080 and 81090) and thus can be moved indepentently from other clamping jaws. Removing the threaded cap with a magnet allows the clamping jaw’s position to be shifted quickly without actuating the spindle.
