Thread Mill Series

Solid carbide thread mill provides faster cutting rates, longer tool life, better positional & dimensional accuracy, and improved surface finish. Shorter cycle times and tighter tolerances translate into maximum machine utilization, better part quality, and optimum hole making for cost savings. Material applications up to 68 HRC.

The product features & benefits include: –

  • Thread milling techniques reduce the need for multiple tools.

  • Improved chip evacuation produces better surface finishing than tapping

  • A thread can be generated in one pass

  • Ideal in making blind holes (can be machined within a half-pitch of bottom)

  • Right and left-hand threads are produced with the same tool

  • Reduces machine tool horsepower requirements while boosting productivity

  • Less cutting pressure for thin-walled workpiece

  • For material up to 62 HRC
